Learning the essentials of kitchen hygiene and safety, menu planning, ingredient selection and meal preparation gives you the power to make a real difference to the health and happiness of your family.
Each course is made up of four classes held over four Thursday or Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm. Everything you need is included — recipes, equipment and all ingredients.
You'll work at your own station in a fully hands-on class. For every meal you'll prepare two portions: one to plate and enjoy at a table you learn to set, and the other goes home to share. Between classes, your homework is simply to plan your shopping list and cook the dish at least once more. On successful completion of the course, you'll receive a certificate.
